I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Priyantha Halpage at Medihelp Hospital.
I have been sick for almost two months, and even after four channelings, my condition is still not improving. I feel the doctor is more focused on money than patient care.
The doctor told me to do my reports and come back after two weeks. I went to the hospital today as instructed, but the Medihelp staff informed me that the doctor was not coming today.
After all this, I was told I must pay again for another channeling just to show my reports and get medicine. I already paid around 50,000 LKR for my scan and reports, and I have also paid for consultations multiple times.
This is not fair to patients. I expected more humanity, responsibility, and professionalism.
The Medihelp staff were polite and helpful, but Medihelp management should seriously consider these kinds of experiences and the doctors they allow to treat patients.
Because of this experience, I will now go to another doctor.
❗ My advice: think twice before choosing this doctor.
